At Nada Lily London, we want every piece you choose to feel intentional and aligned with your journey. If it’s not quite right, we offer a smooth return process with options for refund or credit.

 


 

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All packaging and tags must remain intact

  • Approved returns are eligible for a full a refund  to your original payment method

To begin your return, please email info@nadalilylondon.com with your order number.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned at your expense.

 


 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Once your return is processed, you may use your refund or store credit to reorder your desired item.

 


 

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees and any import duties or taxes are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured service—Nada Lily is not liable for lost returns

 


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@nadalilylondon.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement. 

 


Sale items are not eligible for return.


Purchased Through a Retail Partner?

If your item was purchased through an authorized retail partner, please contact them directly for their return and exchange policy.
